TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Each art work must be the original un-copied work of the exhibitor and less than 2 yrs old.
2. All art works must remain on display for the full duration of the Art Show.
3. Artists or agent must deliver the works to the Art Show Venue during designated delivery times.
4. All art works must be collected at the Venue during designated collection times as there are no facilities after close of show so no responsibility will be taken for any damage to artworks after this time.
5. If due to unforeseen circumstances, an artist is unable to collect unsold artwork, it is their responsibility to arrange collection via a proxy and to advise the organizers in a timely manner.
6. The Organizers have EXCLUSIVE rights to the sale of the submitted artworks and these cannot be sold through any private arrangements during the show dates.
7. Artists need to pay delivery costs for freight up front and then funds for cost of return shipping if needed. Ensure the correct funds for return as Provenance will not be responsible for errors in shipping costs made by the artist.
PRIZES
1. Prizes will be awarded in designated categories
2. Prizes are at the sole discretion of the Organisers and/or the appointed Judge. The judge’s decision is final.
3. Prize will not be given to an Art Work that has won a Prize in another show.
DELIVERY
1. Artists or agents deliver work from 1pm to 6pm on the 11th April to Nossal High School
2. Any damage or loss of any exhibit howsoever and whenever whilst in transit, in storage or otherwise is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. The Committee will take every care of exhibits but does not accept any responsibility for any such damage or loss and advises exhibitors to insure against damage or loss.
3. No WET paintings will be accepted
4. All art works must have D Rings placed a third of the height of the works on the back for hanging.
FEES
1. The fees are the largest side, no longer than 60cm$10 80cm$15 100cm$20

COLLECTION
1. Artists or/their Agents to collect all art works from 3pm to 5pm on 14th APRIL 2024 we have no facilities to hold art works after that time.
CATALOGUES
1. The Committee may arrange for, and the exhibitor permit the publication to the public of a catalogue containing all entries with the names and other particulars of the exhibitor, but the Committee does not accept any responsibility for error, wrong description, omission or any other defect in the publication of such catalogue.
PUBLICITY
1. The artist permits photography, filming and other reproduction of their works for the promotion of the exhibition and sales that may include publication in any form of media.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Artists are responsible for keeping their mobile, email address, GST and EFT payment details up to date on the online system to ensure they receive updates before, during and after the Show and the appropriate payment for sold artworks.
2. Professional Artists when pricing their works must take into consideration the GST as we make no allocation for it.
PAYMENT AND COMMISSION
1. Payments for sold works will be made to the artist via EFT (preferable) or cheque, minus the commission of 20% within 14 business days. Please note that payment of GST, if applicable is the artist/s responsibility.
INSURANCE
1. The organisers will arrange insurance cover of all works for the duration of the exhibition only.
2. It is recommended that each Artist arrange his/her insurance to cover loss or damage not by the above policy including transit.
ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
By entering this art show you acknowledge:
1. The Organiser is entitled to commission on all sales.
2. That you have read and understand the above Conditions of entry and agree to be bound by them.
